Kosciusko County has more lakes than anywhere else in Indiana. Wawasee, Tippecanoe, Winona, Webster, Chapman, the Barbee chain and dozens more, most of them with campgrounds or seasonal sites somewhere on the shoreline. That changes what people around Warsaw actually want from a camper.

A lot of buyers up there are not touring. They want something that sits on a site all season, close to the water, with the space to have people over. That points toward different floor plans than a touring couple would look at, and it is worth saying so on the lot rather than after you sign.

We should also be straight about geography. Warsaw sits closer to Elkhart than it does to us, and Elkhart is where most of these units get built. If a factory adjacent megastore with a thousand units on the lot is what you want, that is a legitimate choice and it is up the road.

Rent One First

From Warsaw, head south on State Road 15 through Silver Lake and North Manchester, then carry on toward Wabash and cut west on US 24. It is about forty five miles and roughly an hour, on roads that handle a trailer without any drama.
